Position Title: Regional Coordinator - Peru

Overview: The Regional Coordinator, based in Peru, will serve as a crucial link between local public and private sector stakeholders, focusing on driving stakeholder engagement, spearheading project concept development, formulating robust business models, and coordinating local consultants to support regional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:
Forge and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local public and private sectors in Peru.
Facilitate dialogues, workshops, and partnerships to align project initiatives with stakeholder needs and priorities.

Project Concept Development:
Lead the ideation, design, and development of project concepts tailored to the specific context and requirements of Peru.
Conduct comprehensive research, needs assessments, and feasibility studies to identify impactful project opportunities.

Business Model Development:
Devise comprehensive and sustainable business models aligned with local economic dynamics and cultural considerations.
Explore innovative funding sources, strategic partnerships, and revenue models to ensure project sustainability.

Coordination of Local Consultants:
Recruit, manage, and coordinate a team of local consultants and experts to support project execution in Peru.
Provide guidance, oversight, and support to consultants, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in engaging with stakeholders in the Peruvian public and private sectors.
Proven track record in project concept development, business model formulation, and stakeholder engagement in the Peruvian context.
Strong understanding of Peru's socio-economic landscape, policies, and cultural nuances.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in managing and coordinating diverse teams or consultants in Peru.

Duration and Remuneration:
This position is a contractual role with a duration of 1 year (renewable). Remuneration will be our company’s task-based remuneration model with ad-hoc performance pay.
