Position Title: Adjunct Advisor - Education Sector

Overview:
The Adjunct Advisor will serve as a key contributor within our organization, specializing in providing expert guidance and support in the design and implementation of education projects in collaboration with international organizations. This role focuses on offering strategic insights, expert advice, and fostering a robust knowledge community within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Design Support:
Collaborate with international organizations to conceptualize, design, and develop education projects.
Offer specialized expertise and insights to ensure alignment with industry best practices and international standards.
Contribute to the creation of innovative and effective strategies for educational interventions.

Education Project Advisory:
Provide expert guidance and recommendations throughout the lifecycle of education projects.
Conduct thorough analysis and assessments to identify potential challenges and propose viable solutions.
Advise on methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to optimize project effectiveness and impact.

Knowledge Community Engagement:
Actively participate in internal discussions, forums, and workshops to share knowledge and insights.
Contribute to the development of educational resources, guidelines, and best practice documents.
Collaborate with colleagues to build a dynamic knowledge community, fostering learning and growth.

Qualifications and Experience:
Advanced degree in Education, International Development, or a related field.
Extensive experience (10+ years) working on education-related projects, preferably in collaboration with international organizations.
Proven track record of advising on project design and implementation in diverse educational contexts.
In-depth knowledge of educational policies, trends, and global standards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Duration and Remuneration:
This position is a contractual role with a duration of 1 year (renewable). Remuneration will be our company’s task-based remuneration model which will be adjusted annually.
