I'm excited to announce that Yeyoung Lee, Ph.D. candidate, has joined our consulting group as an Adjunct Consultant!
Yeyoung brings a wealth of experience in researching women's empowerment, gender equality, and agricultural technology adoption. Her background in economics and agricultural science, combined with her practical learning approach, will be a valuable asset to our team.
Here are some highlights of Yeyoung's experience:
Research Expertise: Yeyoung has co-authored publications on the gender-specific impacts of climate shocks on agricultural labor and the effects of small-scale irrigation on women's time allocation (currently under review at World Development). You can find her published work here: 1
Training and Capacity Building: She has also actively participated in training sessions on integrating gender into research projects, presenting gender research, and writing effective proposals for gender-related research.
Educational Background: Yeyoung holds a B.A. in Urban Environmental Engineering/Business Management from Handong Global University, an M.A. in Economics from Seoul National University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at Michigan State University.
