Position Summary: The Financial Analysis and Modelling Consultant will be a pivotal member of our team, specializing in supporting proposal writing and project implementation stages. This role demands expertise in financial analysis, robust modeling skills, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate is a highly communicative and accountable professional proficient in English, with a second language as a valuable asset. Responsibilities include calculating investment costs, sales projections, and conducting detailed financial modeling, alongside mentoring junior professionals. Key tasks encompass feasibility analyses, profitability assessments, and risk analyses, ensuring comprehensive evaluations of both business and project site viability. The consultant will play a critical role in shaping successful financial strategies and fostering effective team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
-Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including total investment cost, operating cost, sales projections, and cash flow estimates; Develop and maintain detailed financial models reflecting key assumptions and data for project feasibility; Perform profitability indicator analysis, sensitivity analysis, and assess investment profitability.
-Proposal Writing and Implementation Support:Provide expertise in supporting proposal writing, ensuring financial aspects are comprehensive and aligned with project goals; Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project implementation, offering financial insights and strategic recommendations.
-Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior professionals in financial analysis, modeling, and proposal writing skills; Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
-Project Site Feasibility: Analyze project site feasibility, calculating project costs, outlining project periods, and reviewing financial business feasibility; Evaluate financing plans, annual development plans, and operational management plans for project sites.
-Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders; Collaborate with team members, ensuring a cohesive approach to project goals.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
-Proven experience (3 years) in financial analysis, modeling, and project feasibility assessment.
-Demonstrated success in supporting proposal writing and implementing financial strategies.
-Familiarity with software such as Hangul(hwp.), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
-Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
-Demonstrated accountability for project deliverables and outcomes in a team-based environment.
Technical/Functional Competencies:
-Strong writing skills are crucial, including the ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
-Ability to conduct thorough research to gather information relevant to proposals.
-Capability to organize information, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines efficiently.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and effectively convey complex information.
-Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, industries, or sectors as proposal writing may involve diverse subject matters.
Conditions of Service
-The pay scheme is structured to align with government project budget guidelines and is primarily determined by experience-based salary tiers.
-After the contract ends, priority employment opportunities are given according to the company's budget availability and candidate’s performance evaluation.
