We are thrilled to announce the successful recruitment of two exceptional young professionals, Zion Kwak and Hyojeong Jeon, into the KOICA Young Professional program at MWCoach. After a rigorous and competitive selection process that included a personal statement evaluation, a group case interview, and a 1:1 interview with an executive member, Zion and Hyojeong have been chosen for their outstanding mission-oriented attitude, adaptive communication skills, and unwavering commitment to MWCoach's mission of supporting the global society.
Today marks their first day at MWCoach, and we began with an orientation that introduced them to our unique company culture. The day featured a welcoming ceremony, an overview of the company profile, and guidelines for effective teamwork, led by our esteemed founder, Hyunsuk Ji, and one of our previously recruited young professionals, Hwiun Lee. This session was an important step in integrating them into our fully online collaborative workspace, where consultant members connect and work together seamlessly across various projects.
